London Fashion Week – 2022

London Fashion Week is coming around again, 16th to 20th September – a great time to think about an online Personal Styling session to make your Autumn wardrobe work well and see what’s coming up next year.

I’m so very proud of the talented designers that come out of The United Kingdom leading the way globally designing fashion with passion…

Such creativity and style, what does that mean for you?

Basically what our leading designers do is set the trends for the seasons ahead. High-end designs are stunning with quality fabrics, furnishings and attention to detail but do come at a price that many of us can’t afford. With that in mind our shops on the High Street waste no time in replicating many of these designs, some with in as little as 24 hours and getting these designs onto their shelves making them more affordable for the every day shopper.

With all that is going on economically in the world at the moment, most of us will certainly be thinking before spending!

Sometimes buying too cheap is a false economy and often not sustainably sauced. So maybe we all need to adopt a few steps before we buy:-

Is it ethically sourced?

Do you need it?

Can you afford it?

Is it worth its costs per wear?

Another tip would be to check your wardrobe and to see if you have anything similar that could be updated by wearing the latest accessories:

  • Scarves
  • Jewellery
  • Bags

Vintage is a trend that carries you through. I am also a big fan of pre-loved clothes and have had some fabulous designer purchases on sites like Vestiaire Collective.

Why not try my Personal Styling Plus session that includes Personal Colour Analysis and Body Shape Analysis to help find the right match.

I’ll be watching London Fashion Week with interest this September to see what the next few seasons will be trending.

Let’s chat.
